Motions

A one-hour movement practice with a focus on breath and body awareness. Build strength, flexibility, and presence. Grow taller and breathe deeper.

Practices are based on hatha yoga, mindfulness meditation, dance, and body weight training.

Meets weekly on Wednesdays, 8 - 9 am
